Congratulations on your new client! Here's how to set them up.
To get the tracking tags, you'll need to generate it
To do so:
Head to the Tag Setup tab and click on Generate New Tag:
Type in the name of the advertiser you need tags for. If there are multiple results, pick the one that seems most legitimate, or email [email protected] for council. Usually the right one has the correct logo added.
Copy the link provided and send the entire link to the development team of the advertiser.
Next is to create a login for your advertiser so that they can access the Tag Setup tab and QA the pixel themselves directly.
Click on your avatar on the top right, then on Account

Most of our clients select Simple Campaigns and Airchecks.
If the brand's store is hosted on Shopify, set up is much easier if the brand installs our Shopify app. The Shopify app auto-installs the javascript pixels into the store's headers, so there's no coding required! A link to the app, along with the advertiser and user id to add to the app once installed, is on the tracking tag page:
